Tips on Adoption

One of the most common questions we receive is “How do I get referring doctors to adopt this technology?”  Josh shares several tips throughout this video in terms of what has worked well for their practice.

“Show referring doctors that this is just as much a tool for them as it is for you. This tool helps them and it helps us.”

“The ultimate goal is to show them that we’re going to reduce phone calls and faxes for their staff. For those busier practices that refer to you, they will tell you that they have to wait on hold or communicate back and forth. There is no way around that unless you utilize a portal system like Sophrona.

Currently, from a national standpoint, we’re experiencing staffing shortages in almost every industry. Being able to setup a portal that will allow you to reduce some of the staff that you need to answer phones or faxes, and put the responsibility back on the referring doctor to deliver the information you need is very beneficial.”
