Sophrona Management Team

Our team’s collective experience comes from all areas of healthcare and from developing sophisticated systems for both very large organizations and small clients. We have previously taken millions of dollars out of operational costs, executed sales strategies for organizations in a variety of start-up stages, and built consumer facing web sites that take millions of hits per month.

In depth understanding of healthcare processes, a sense of market need, artistic design, usability engineering, and technical architecture are all pulled together to develop simple solutions to complex problems.

“If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep streets even as Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will pause to say here lived a great street sweeper who did his job well.”

“In Google’s culture, when you ran into a wall, you built a ladder. If there was a moat beyond the wall, you made a boat. If there was a crocodile in the moat, you fed it one of your arms and used the other to paddle across. The takeaway was, ‘Take Responsibility. Do Something.’ ”
