Our management team’s collective experience comes from all areas of healthcare and from developing sophisticated systems for both very large organizations and small clients. We have previously taken millions of dollars out of operational costs, executed sales strategies for organizations in a variety of start-up stages, and built consumer facing web sites that take millions of hits per month.

 

In depth understanding of healthcare processes, a sense of market need, artistic design, usability engineering, and technical architecture are all pulled together to develop simple solutions to complex problems.

Marc-François Bradley
President

Marc-François was an early founder of Sophrona. He provides overall strategic direction, leadership, innovation and development of alliances and channels. Prior to establishing Sophrona, Marc-François spent nearly a decade at Target Corporation in a variety of technical, management, and strategic roles in the development of systems deployed nationwide. Marc-François graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in engineering and completed course work towards an MBA at University of Minnesota prior to starting Sophrona.

John O'Hara
Director of Operations

John has spent the last three decades in the technology industry. In his current role as the Director of Operations, he oversees the information technology department including software development of new and existing products. John also oversees infrastructure and compliance initiatives. Prior to Sophrona, John worked in a variety of development, engineering and leadership capacities for IBM, National Diagnostics, MedFlow, and others. John graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in engineering.

Tom Semrad
National Sales & Business Development

Tom joined Sophrona in 2008. He plays an integral role in developing long term customer relationships and strategic business partnerships and supporting reseller channels. His focus includes EMR and PM systems, HL7 interfaces, enterprise patient scheduling and hosted software applications. Previously Tom held major account sales and marketing roles with IBM, QuadraMed, PDS Healthcare IT and Trustwave. Tom graduated with a B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
