“I was surprised and happy at how many patients responded to the follow-up messages. We are at 24% MU response rate! Not only did the responses properly tie back to the examining doctor giving them meaningful use credit, but it was great to see all of the responses that read, “Excellent”! It also allowed me to address the few and far between patients who had concerns with their care.”
“By sending clinical summaries electronically instead of printing them we save about $1,100 per doctor per year for 10 doctors.”
“Our portal is essential to meeting Stage 2 MU criteria. Over 60% of our patients use the email reminder capability.”
“I use our portal hundreds of times each month to provide educational material. It not only meets meaningful use requirements, it is an effective marketing tool.”
“I just wanted to take a moment to comment on the tremendous success of the Clinical Follow-up Messages! We are hearing from Sophrona customers that are getting up to 13% in secure messaging, simply by using the Clinical Follow-up Messages. I expected 2% to 3% to respond, but this is amazing!”
