Marc-François was an early founder of Sophrona. He provides overall strategic direction, leadership, innovation and development of alliances and channels. Prior to establishing Sophrona, Marc-François spent nearly a decade at Target Corporation in a variety of technical, management, and strategic roles in the development of systems deployed nationwide. Marc-François graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in engineering and completed course work towards an MBA at University of Minnesota prior to starting Sophrona.
John has spent the last three decades in the technology industry. In his current role as the Director of Operations, he oversees the information technology department including software development of new and existing products. John also oversees infrastructure and compliance initiatives. Prior to Sophrona, John worked in a variety of development, engineering and leadership capacities for IBM, National Diagnostics, MedFlow, and others. John graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in engineering.

From her humble beginnings as a receptionist to her leadership role as VP of Operations, Kristina’s career trajectory highlights her adaptability, leadership, and expertise in healthcare operations.
In 2012, Kristina joined Sophrona Solutions to lead the development of our Referral Portal. This underscores her commitment to blending technical innovation with patient-centered care. As a fierce client advocate, she not only ensures satisfaction but also actively works to anticipate the evolving needs of the healthcare landscape, demonstrating her foresight and passion for improving medical practices through software solutions.
